Chapter 53: Who Gives You the Courage?

Upon seeing Wang Mengru, Li Hao stopped pressing for details about Wang Xingyu's death.

With an urgent desire to see Cheng Xiangyu, he quickly stepped forward and asked, "Where is Cheng Xiangyu? Please, take me to her right away!"

"Alright!" Qin Meng replied with a smile, turning to lead Li Hao toward the cave.

Taking the dagger, Wang Mengru turned and walked to the entrance of the tree line, carving a prominent mark into a large tree.

Wang Mengru nodded. "Yes, two others. Leaving a mark makes it easier for them to find us."
